Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support.hanco@gmail.com. Do not send any items back without contacting us first, as return instructions vary by product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support.hanco@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Item Not Received If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support.hanco@gmail.com. We will either issue a full refund or resend the item, depending on your preference.

Change of Mind If you simply changed your mind, you are still welcome to return the item within 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost in this case.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or perishable/personalized goods.

Refunds Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support.hanco@gmail.com.
